StoffweXel 23 is Marko Leicht, born 1984 and raised in Nuremberg, Germany. He recorded his first songs in 2005 in his younger brother’s room: old-school German rap, with nothing more than a cheap microphone and an old PC. In 2007 he founded his own small label, Schlaflos Records.
Since then there have been more than 100 releases, some of them with Moodey or HaZe Schrägstrich Störung.

Old Questions in the Language of Machines
What is a self if you can write it into a prompt?
While building MyMindSeed, an app in which people create a digital likeness of themselves from their own entries, Marko Leicht noticed how closely the old questions of consciousness, memory, suffering, love and death are bound up with the technology that writes answers today.
This book translates those questions into the language of machines: prompt and context window, model and wrapper, remembering and forgetting. It is a thought experiment, not a doctrine. Each chapter tests how far the comparison holds, and a section headed “Where the Metaphor Breaks” says where it gives way.
